E. Louise Cookie Club – Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to the E. Louise Cookie Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment and Billing:
Payments for the subscription are automatic, processed on the date you sign up on each month. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their payment information is up to date. Deliveries will not be made if full payment if not completed. Payments must be started 1 week prior to next delivery date in order to receive that month’s coookies. 2. Cancellation Policy:
If a subscriber wishes to cancel their membership, they must contact E. Louise via email at least 1 week prior to the next scheduled cookie batch. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation being effective from the following month.
3. Deliveries:
All deliveries are contact-free porch drop-offs. Subscribers are responsible for collecting their cookies in a timely manner upon delivery to avoid weather or animal-related incidents. E. Louise is not liable for any damage or loss after the delivery has been made.
4. Delivery Schedule:
Deliveries are scheduled for the 1st Friday of every month. If this date falls on a holiday or is affected by inclement weather, subscribers will be promptly notified via email with a new delivery date.
5. Out of Town Dates:
I understand that sometimes you may have a trip planned during a cookie delivery. Please contact me at least 1 week prior so that I may reschedule your delivery.
6. Communication:
All communication, including subscription updates and notifications, is done via email and/or text, depending on what is chosen. Subscribers will be notified via email or text when a delivery is made.
7. Refunds:
No refunds will be provided for subscription cancellations or missed deliveries. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
By subscribing to the E. Louise Cookie of the Month Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. E. Louise reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice to subscribers.
