All desserts are baked by me, from scratch. Please note that while I sanitize thoroughly, I am not a nut free, gluten free, dairy free facility.
I typically require at least 1 week for preorders. Around the holidays, get orders in asap as I fill up quick!
Pickup: Order pickup is in Shelby Twp & requires an appointment time. Please be respectful of your appointment time & arrive as close to it as possible as I may need the cooler space for another pickup following yours. If for some reason you aren’t able to make your appointment time, please contact me ASAP.
Delivery: Deliveries are now available! You will be contacted the day before with confirmation & an estimated time. Delivery fees determined by required travel distance ($5+).
All deliveries are contact-free porch drop-offs. Clients are responsible for collecting their order in a timely manner upon delivery to avoid weather or animal-related incidents. E. Louise is not liable for any damage or loss after the delivery has been made.
Delivery Areas: Shelby Township, Utica, Macomb Township, Romeo, Washington Twp, Rochester Hills, & Rochester.
A deposit is required to secure your order. A deposit must be received within 2 days of order confirmation via email (check your spam) to secure a calendar spot. You are not on my calendar if a deposit is not received. Deposits are put towards total due. Full payment is due 1 week prior to order due date.
Cancellations must be received at least 2 weeks prior to due date. If past this date, your deposit is non-refundable.
